I've seen no Cisco documentation saying they support additional NICs added or multi-homing the integrated NICs other than the HP fault tolerance way. NIC teaming can be turned on in a Network Fault Tolerance only mode.
Now in a lab environment I did run a multi-homed CCM. The only issue I hit was when using Multicast resources and the multicast interface being used. Beyond that everything else seemed to work fine but I didn't put two much work into it. I wouldn't recommend the multihomed in a production environment.
