CCM 4.1.3 - Conference Controller - Line or Device?
I understand the concept of the conference controller for ad-hoc conferencing. However, is the "controller" considered the line appearance, or the device?
Testing seems to show that the line is the conference controller, not the line. Testing was completed by building a shared line appearance, building a 3 user conference, placing the call on hold from Phone A of said shared line appearance, and resuming it from Phone B of shared line appearance. From Phone B I'm able to then add more users to the conference.
I would like to know if this is as designed, or have I stumbled on something that will be "fixed"?
