Hi,
I am facing one problem where whenever I add new phones then calls are not going to those extensions.
What can be the reason for this.

Are the phones in a partition that is listed in the calling search space that the calling phone is using?
What version of CCM are you using?

Hi Deren,
Thanks for the input. But its not a case of CSS/PT. When I am trying to reset the phone also its not getting resetted from CCM Page. So i think issue is somewhere else.
When i try to call it says "your call cannot be completed as dialed".
I am using CCM 4.1.3.

As cderen says it sounds like a CSS/PT issue. You can take CCM detailed traces on the server were the phone is registered to see what is happening to the call, to see exactly were is it going.
