CCM 4.1(3) installation

Trying to install CM 4.1(3) on MCS 7815 l2-CMA1. But the Hardware detection CD Says " This OS Version doesn't support the detected server " and installation aborts. Can any one help me.

Did you order the right discs ? What is the part number in the bom for the Callmanager disc set ?

The partno. shows as "74-4491-01*" its a MCS7815l2-k9-CMA1 Model. Will the part no. vary from server to server or how. Pls help me in this.

In your case, the Cisco server part number is

MCS7815l2-k9-CMA1 . Similar to that you should have a part number on the card board box that has the Callmanager software on it.

Which OS version are you installing, if I remember correctly you need at leat OS 2000.4.X on those servers.
