ccm 4.1(3) not saved changes

I have a problem with ccm 4.1, the symptom is when i do any configuration changes those are not applied untill the server has been restarted. Do you know any problem relatted to this issue?

ccm 4.1(3)sr3a on win2000 sp4 and sql2000 sp3

How many servers do you have in your cluster ? Are SQL databases synchronized on Publisher and Subcribers ?

run dblhelper.exe and verify whether all ur servers in cluster r sync or not...

Yes, it seems that you have replication issues. Run the DBLHelper.

Also you may want to try restarting the Data Base Layer Monitor service.

Normally, you only need to reset or restart the device were the changes has been made, have you tried that without rebooting the server?

no, any changes is for example, one route pattern new or route pattern modify or changes in phone label, resetting device not funtion.

aditional, i can´t configure call forward in phones, not saved the changes, i need restart the server and phone take changes

yes, the problem is replication, i reconfigured the cluste and the issue resolved.
