Since we upgrade are to CCM 4.1.3 we've got this error four time in one month.
Message from the event log
Error: kDbConnectionFailed - Database connection failed.
Additional Information: Could not open connection.
App ID: Cisco Database Layer Monitor
Cluster ID: PBXQUE1-Cluster
Node ID: PBXQUE1
Explanation: An attempt to connect to database failed.
Recommended Action: Enable trace for the database layer monitor to get specific error information..
This error append on the publisher. To solve it a most reboot the CCM.
When it append agent cannot change there CFW Status and not any change can be make from CCM Admin web page that is replicate to the phone.
