CCM 4.1(3) stops recording calls with Witness System
After I upgraded our CCM to 4.1(3)sr3c, all outgoing calls stop recording with Witness System.
witness engineer indicates the previous versions of CCM uses station DN (as opposed to the External Phone Number Mask) was used in the SCCP packets Calling Party field in.
Witness solution was to enable "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" in the Route Group entry and REMOVE the checkmark from the "use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" setting on each Route Pattern.
Well, the Witness solution was half correct. All outgoing calls start recording but our call were sending four digits from station DN.
To correct this issue, the first 6 digits of our phone numbers were used on our Gateway Configuration page, under "outbound calls", example 818867xxxx
Now, here is where I am stuck. Our Call Center agent phones are configured to display the corporate main number but end user phones are configured to display the 10 digit DID numbers.
I've tried configuring "calling Party Transformation Mask" in the Route Pattern but outbound calls displayed station DN only.
