CCM 4.1 feature

Hi there.

Is it any option/feature available for the caller that indicates the called party is busy? I mean from CCM perspective only (not using any other application like AC or similar).

We have a call back feature which will work from IP phone to IP phone.

if A calls B and B is busy,

A can hang up and wait. When B gets off the phone and hangs up, A will be notified with a burst ring.

If you are talking about a normal inband signal, when a phone is busy, you just get a user busy signal.
