CCM 4.1 - new trunk do not appear in Route Group

We probably have a database issue with an installation of CCM 4.1.

When we add new trunks (Intercluster) they do not appear in the Route groups configuration and therefore cannot be used.

When we delete existing trunks. They still appear in the route group configuration to be chosen.

Looks like something serious is wrong. Rebooted and it still does not work.

Any hints,

Check if replication works properly between pub and sub.
