I have a CallManager 4.1(3) install which has a QSIG integration with a Siemens HiPath 4000 Release 2 via E1 on a CMM. MGCP is the protocol being used and the VM being used is Siemens Xpressions.
Everything is working fine. If there is an VM on the Cisco Phone the MWI turns on. The only problem that we have is the Call back feature. If i like to activate a call back from a Cisco to Cisco or Cisco to Siemens phone the call back function works but without activating the lamp on the phone to signal a call back. I need to be able to send MWI Activate and Deactivate messages to the Siemens phones and to Cisco phones by activating a call back.
Is there someone in this forum that can help me get this working?

The client has being offered Siemens HiPath 4000 by another provider for telephony so we are left we proposing CCM/IPCC Express for the call centre solution. For now the client wants a case study where CCM/IPCC Express is integrated with HiPath 4000.
Do you by any chance have IPCC Express as well in your deployment?

1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
