CCM 4.1 with AD intergration and second domain

Hi All

Could someone please confirm if this is possible.

Customer has CCM 4.1 integrated with AD. Please see the attached file which shows current the MLA enterprise parameter configuration. This allows to search for the users in OU 'chiswick Park Users' in the Active directory.

Customer is adding a new domain OU whch will contain the new users for that office and should be searchable.

Is it possible/supported to add new entry in MLA Enterprise parameter? If not how this can be achieved.

Any help on this will be appreciated

unfortunately you cannot add any other entry in there, you can only assign one OU under you will search for the users and only 1 administrator which is the one you will authenticate to the server.

if you mean you want to search them under the phone directory that would require a custom directory, if you mean the global directory on CCM it can only look at one OU and domain at any given time
