CCm 4.1

Hii,

After I upgrade the SR rom 4 to 5 in CCM 4.1, the users now facing a problem when they search in the corporate directory for a use and after they dail that number and put the handset the directory did not close, they have to press exit.

Befor the Directory exit once the handset is closed

Hi Ammar,

I am thinking that this is probably a Bug in the phone firmware that was changed during the SR upgrade;

This can be fixed by changing the Phone firmware;

7961 (firmware 8.3.2 ) - Corporate Directory screen stays after Dial

Symptom:

In the Corporate Directory, after selecting Dial for one of the Contacts, and

finishing the call, the Corporate Directory with the contact info screen

stays on the phone. In previous version of phone load the behaviour was

different, after Dialling the contact the idle phone screen was returned.

Conditions:

CCM version 4.1(3)sr4d

Workaround:

Selecting Cancel softkey to return to idle phone screen
