i've migrated my CCM 4.1(3) to 4.2(1). It seem to work good except for the IPMA. The CTI RP is not registered, the service on the phone tells initializing and it is not working all. Any experience on this?
Is the IPMA service started? I would re-activate it, and also reset the Tomcat service. I know there have been some changes to IPMA on 4.2 such as available phone service for the assistant, but it should not chnage the operation of it.
