CCM Admin Web page "Page cannot be displayed"

Recently, my Call Manager box was upgraded with Windows patches. This brought the entire system down, so I removed the patches. Now we are up and running. However, we do not have access to the Admin page. I checked to see if it might be caused by the absence of one or more services running, but all Cisco services are running. Not only that, but can't access BAT or the user pages either. Any ideas?

Check to see if your IIS and World Wide Web Publishing services are running. If they are try restarting them.

That did not seem to work

Please try again restarting (even more than one time) the IIS and the WWW, is definitely a problem with those services, if that doesn't work try rebooting the server.

Also have you tryied browsing with the callmanager IP address instead of name? Just to rule out a possible DNS issue. or even https://localhost/ccmadmin

I am having the exact issue after building a new Callmanager cluster. The cluster is running OS 2000.4.2SR2, CCM 4.1(3)SR2, and MS hotfixes MS06-001 & MS06-002. Strangely enough, the subscriber with the same build works fine.

My issue is now resolved. The issue was with the HTTPS SSL certificate. For some reason the self signed certificate (httpscert.cer) was not installed, though the IIS websites were configured to use it. I deleted the certificate in IIS, reinstalled the certificate and then enabled SSL again.

The link below has the process for deleting the certificate and enabling SSL.

Hi,

I have the same issue with a cluster of two Servers (Publisher and Suscriber) v 4.2(3)sr1

Sometimes in the Publisher I can not access to admin web page, I manually restart the IIS and WWW services but do not restart correctly, and the state is stopping or restarting.

And I must restart all the server.
