CCM Administration (decentralized)

I haven't found documentation on how to decentralize the call manager administration but expect it to be an option.

I hope to create accounts which are limited to simple tasks (basically LDAP account password resets) for general help desk use. Has anybody attempted this? Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by decentralize, but changes should always be made on the Publisher ccmadmin page.

As far as limiting admin access, MLA (Mult Level Admin) will do exactly what you want. It is a seperate package downloadable from CCO.
