Hi,
Can anyone tell me which anti-virus products have caused problems on Cisco Call Manager 3.3?
We are looking to install either McAfee or Norton but want to avoid any conflicts with getting TAC support down the road. What is Cisco-approved?

McAfee and Norton are both Cisco-Approved for CallManager.

I read the Norton document above and have one question.
I have a customer that can not upgrade from 3.1.4 train for a while but does need anti-virus protection. They already have a site license for Norton. Will it work for his 3.1.4 Call Manager?
