CCM and CRS Co-resident recommendations

I have 2 seperate MCS's, one running CCM 3.3 and another IPCC Express 3.0

I would like to know if it would be a good idea to install both servers co-resident to enhance redundancy. One server as publisher CCM and primary IPCC and the other as subscriber CCM and backup IPCC.

Are there any negatives to doing this? Do I loose functionallity or capacity? I only have 50 Callcentre agents and it might go up to 100 in the next 2 years.

Re: CCM and CRS Co-resident recommendations

Check out the following doc., a co-resident config. will greatly decrease the no. of IVR/agent supported (less then 10 IVR). Also, based on our pass experience, a co-resident config. may affect the voice call quality.

you could download the configurator to check if your's is a supported config. or not.

Hi,

I do not see any problem as such.

Re: CCM and CRS Co-resident recommendations

There is no such thing as a backup IPCC Express server yet.
