CCM and CUE Issue

Hi,

I currently have the CCM 4.1(2) and a Unity Express 2.1 on a remote site on a 2800 Router.

Currently the CTI Ports and CTI Route Points are not registrating.

If i run the test button on the CUE Administration webpage test results for the Administrator User and the JTAPI user are fine.

The router returns a message telling me that the JTAPI Service is not connected to the CCM.

By running the show ccn status ccm-manager command on the CUE returns me the following error.

CueAga# sh ccn status ccm-manager

JTAPI Subsystem is not registered with any Call Manager

CueAga#

Do you have any suggestions?

Are the cti ports, cti rp's associated with the jtapi user ?

Yes, i must tell you that i have the Unity Express working on half, i soved this issue yesterday. But now i have another one. I can't listen to the CUE conversation, i think that this is because i was ussing a IP Communicator and connecting trough a VPN maybe is a transcoding issue.

I'll test on site and let you know.
