Company A,B, and C are using the same CallManager.

Company A has 40 phones with numbers from 323 1000 - 323 1039.

Company B has 40 phones with numbers from 324 1000 - 324 1039.

Company C has 40 phones with numbers from 325 1000 - 325 1039.

When employee 1 at Company A calls employee 2 at Company A he wants to dial 1002 instead of 323 1002.

When employee 1 at Company B calls employee 2 at Company B he wants to dial 1002 instead of 324 1002.

When employee 1 at Company C calls employee 2 at Company C he wants to dial 1002 instead of 325 1002

When the employees at all three companies make an outside call the numbers should get the right prefix.

323 XXXX for Company A

324 XXXX for Company B

325 XXXX for Company C

I am almost sure this is possible but how is it done ? Are the Calling Search Space and Partitions the solution or...

Are there anyone on this list that is using CCM in this way ?

This is basically a simple multi-tenant scenario, and yes this is not really a problem.

Each line that you add should be in a partition, and all lines from the same company would all be in the same partition. Then make a Calling Search Space (at least one) for each company. The calling search space for Company A should include the partition that all the Company A lines are in, and any route patterns, etc. that they need to call.

As far as the prefix, since each company will have its own 9.@ route pattern (for example) then you can set the calling party transform mask uniquely for each one.
