CCM Backup problem

Dear Networkers,

I am facing a problem when I try to backup our CCM, software version is 5.1.2.1000-11, it seems that the Host key verification.

I upgrade the CCM, and the problem still occurs.

on the other hand , we have another cluster and I can take the backup. Therefore ,there is no problem with the SFTP server.

Please find attached log file.

what do you mean by, "I upgrade the CCM"? ...to 6.0? I had the same backup issues with 5.1.2. TAC has to dial in and fix it remotely. It worked perfect after this 10 minute fix.

i upgraded the Server.

from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2

and the problem still occur

Dear All,

I am also using a standalone backup server and I have installed SFTP server on it, however I still cannot complete the network location step as I always receive this error " cannot retrieve details from destination".

Do you prefer a specific SFTP software ?
