Depends on a lot of things. Cisco will say that the minimum bandwidth is 10mbit/sec, but at the same time I've seen the "ok" installs that simply have a t-1 between them. I deals primarily with the SQL replication and how much that is going to happen. So it depends on how many phones are on the system, how many changes are made, are CDR's turned on, etc.... I know of customers running across a t-1 that have around 75 phones at the two sites and aren't having any troubles. Hope this helps.
