In customer production, their DHCP server is not configured TFTP yet. I would like manually configure IP phone to test CCM cluster feature.I add the two server into the default group. But in ip phone only see one CCM even after restart the iP phone.Does anybody know how IP phone can be manually configured to support CCM cluster? .
You need to manually configure the ip phone to use the callmanager as it's tftp server then the phone will go and download the config file that is the only way to populate the callmanager 1 and callmanager 2 and so on options you can not manually configurd them.
