CCM event error documentation from CCO

We opened the event viewer and found some errors. For example....

Event Type: Error

Event Source: Cisco CTIManager

Event Category: None

Event ID: 3

Date: 2/9/2006

Time: 8:37:32 AM

User: N/A

Computer: AB-CCM-P1

Description:

Error: kCtiLineOpenFailure - Unable to open the line

UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE:CTI Connection Id: 1

Device Name: SEP0013C4444013

Directory Number: 62030

UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE:Reason .: -1932787707

App ID: Cisco CTIManager

Cluster ID: StandAloneCluster

Explanation: Application is unable to open the line

Recommended Action: Check if the device is in the control list..

Looking for CCM event error documentation from CCO for trouble shooting purpose. Any advice? Thanks

Hi Tom,

Check out the following link for Callmanager Event logs. The CTI Manager references are towards the last third of the document. I think this should point you in the right direction.
