On the GW on CCMAdmin you need to setup the type of the call, if it is internation, national, etc. Also you need to ask your telco the exact information that they need. because sometimes the telco does not process the Unknown type. Other times I have seen problems when sending the "International" type because telco adds more digits, so you need to know exactly what they need so you can put that configuration in CCMAdmin (GW)
