CCM - MGCP multiple calls via H.323 AS5300 PRI

1) Cisco 2600 connect to CCM with MGCP via ethernet. FXS phone connect to 2600.

(Any call route decision by CCM.)

2) AS5300 connect to CCM via ethernet. AS5300 connect to PSTN via PRI. (Any call with pattern 03 throw from CCM to AS5300 and to PSTN)

Single Call successful via FXS phone to PSTN.

Problem: Multiple calls can't be established. That means second FXS phone will get busy tone when first FXS phone is dialing.

Question: Any setting on CCM 3.1?

This don't sound right and I think we should follow these steps towards a resolution.

1. Check if the RJ11 cable used to connect the phone

to the FXS port is two wire. IF its four wire it would cause the other port to be

unusable when one is busy.

2. Check if you have not mistakenly set up a location and put the

bandwidht available for the called location at a low value, which could be another

reason for the failed second call

3. Check to see if the right calling search space is configured

on the second phone.
