Hi
I have a setup of CCM 3.2 [3a] running on the network . Is there any way to create multiple user Privileges in the Cisco Call Manager System. I need to allow some basic menus to be accessed fully by the other users in the CCM.
Is there any other way out.
thanx in advance
regards

Yes Sundara, there is a way out.
Look into using the Multilevel administration access app.
Multilevel administration access (MLA) provides multiple levels of security to the CallManager Administration pages. With MLA, you can grant only the required privileges for a selected group of users and limit the configuration functions that users in a particular user group can perform.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
Michael.
