CCM providing progress tone

Hi,

During one of the trouble-shooting, we found that CCM is actually providing progress tone (ringing speficially) back to originating H323 gateway as soon as it sees progress/alert message sent by terminating H323 gateway.

How do we turn this off?

I don’t see anyway to turn it off. You could ask Cisco if it’s a requirement for you.
