Does anyone have experience installing the Publisher and the Subscriber in two different offices from each other accross a T-1 circuit ? This is for a small installation (under 100 phones) MCS-7815 servers.

In order to be supported by TAC, your WAN installation must support very specific latency and bandwidth requirements . Those are laid out in the CallManager 3.3 SRND, which can be downloaded from http://www.cisco.com/go/srnd (should be available with or without a CCO login).

The CallManager 3.3 SRND mentions the latency can not be greater than 20ms one way (40 ms round trip). What happens if the latency is higher than 40ms, say 100ms for example. Does anyone cluster callmanagers over the Alantic? I can only get about 80ms due to distance factor from NY to London. This seems to be an design limitation for global organizations.
