CCM Services on subscriber do not start

Hello,

I installed a new Call manager as publisher. This runs great. After that I install a subsriber. Meanwhile the installation there are no error messages. But after the restart he is not able to start the following services:

Cisco Call Manager

Cisco CTIManager

Cisco RIS Data Collector

Cisco TFTP

The other services are running.

The Version is 3.2.2c.

There is a glitche that sometimes when you reboot the server the DBL service in Component Services does not start. You need to go in and put the password in the Identity field for SqlSvc and start it. Then go into services and start all the services that did not start initially. Or you can reboot the server and they will all come up rosey!!
