I was wondering which Table in the CCM SQL database to change the External phone number mask.
It is set per phone and there has to be a way to change it in the SQL database instead of going into each phone or reimporting using BAT.

Warning if you do not already know if add the external mask it changes the DID display in the black display bar on the phones. I am running 3.22c and all Csico told me at TAC was that was by design and put in a feature request with your local contact.
Watch out for that.

Thanks for your quick response and you are correct in that it is the display on the phone.
I have already took out of the Route Patterns the Use External Phone Mask and have out it on the Gateway.
I would still like to knolw how to change that in the SQL database because I added an extra 6 in the mask that does not need to be there.
