Cisco does provide support for accessing the CallManager CDR record database. Cisco explicitly documents the schema of the CDR database and supports the ability of third-party CDR processing tools to retrieve and analyze this data. Information on the database schema can be found here:
Cisco does NOT support direct access to the CallManager database (CCM03XX series). The schema is undocumented and subject to change without notice. Programmatic modification to the configuration of Cisco CallManager should be accomplished via the AXL SOAP API.
