Anybody knows that where I can find the CCM SQL table structure document, for example my SQL programer can base on CDR table to do some customization, such as export data, generate billing stuff.

Thanks

Re: CCM SQL

You can go inyo sql enterprise manager and print the table stuctures from there. But this is not something that we publish or provide documentation on specifically.

Hope this helps...

Re: CCM SQL

Cisco does provide support for accessing the CallManager CDR record database. Cisco explicitly documents the schema of the CDR database and supports the ability of third-party CDR processing tools to retrieve and analyze this data. Information on the database schema can be found here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/prod_troubleshooting_guide_chapter09186a00800c4bb4.html

Cisco does NOT support direct access to the CallManager database (CCM03XX series). The schema is undocumented and subject to change without notice. Programmatic modification to the configuration of Cisco CallManager should be accomplished via the AXL SOAP API. AXL is officially supported on CallManager 4.0(1), and unofficially present in CallManager 3.3. Some documentation on AXL can be found here:
