upgraded to ccm 3.2(2c)
i have each phone with 2 numbers
44XX (DID)
60XX (internal DN )with 60xx being the voicemailbox number
before i upgraded on each phone forwarding no answer to the pilot number of unity on both extentions went to that users mailbox.
now with 3.2(2c) on the internal dn that works but on the did when i forward NA to unity pilot it goes to the general unity greeting not that users mailbox
also on the DID when i forward na to the 60xx number and that NA goes to unity pilot it gives general mailbox instead of users

What's the mask on the voice mail profile on the 60XX line configured for? If you watch the Call Viewer on Unity as the call comes in, what is the forwarding extension? You can always add the DID to the mailbox's alternate extension list.

thank you very much for your reply, i was able to figure this out by adding a voicemail profile for each user with the 60XX numer as the mask and then applying that to the 60XX number and the 44XX number.
i guess laternate extension would work to, I just wasnt used to this new way of doing it
