I know in IIS, you can change the default.html page in the root directory of the server and create a forwarding page. I do this with Exchange servers. So when the user types in mail.company.com it will autoforward to mail.company.com/exchange automatically.
Could create a DNS entry, point it to a web server and have the file there that auto redirects. This way, you do not change anything in callmanager.
