CCM3.3.3 Install

I doing a new CCM3.3.3 install on a MCS7815-1000. During the initial install of the OS, I put in the IP address and mask, say 10.100.1.1/16

After Installation, when I issue the cmd ipconfig to check my ip address, I do not see the NIC I assigned the above IP address.

I see a second NIC with an auto assigned IP address. When I try to assign the 2nd NIC 10.100.1.1/16, I get an IP address conflict.

I have only one NIC port physically on my computer, and it seems to be the 2nd NIC, but the IP address I assign during the initial OS build gets assigned to 1st inbuilt NIC in the system.

How do I disable this inbuilt NIC, so I can use the 2nd NIC on the server?
