CCM4.1.2 Automatically stopping

In Tool-Control Centre i am getting this error (Cisco CallManager - Error:109)

Previously All IP Phones was registered and working fine in ccm4.1.2

I restarted the PC all in sudden all IP phones stopped working, on the screen its saying registering.

I checked in SERVICES, CCM is automatically getting stop eventhough when i start the CCM service after few seconds its CCM service is stop.

Any suggestions what is the reason. I never had problem this before.

Open event viewer to check the application and system event logs.

Open services.msc to see if the other Cisco* services that are set to start automatically are started. Also check MsSqlServer and SqlServerAgent services
