ccm4.1.3 and IPCC

I am running IPCC with ccm4.1. I have an option to dial by name. Instead of the system saying the persons name that the caller is trying to reach. It spells out the name and then connect the call.

Is there anyway to get it so say the name instead of spelling it out to the caller?

Paul,

IPCC contains a Spoken Name Upload feature that can associate a WAV file to the LDAP user. This will then playback the recorded file instead of the name spelling playback. That is the manual way which in IPCC 4.x is found in Tools, User Management, Spoken Name Upload.

I also believe there is a SNU.aef used for having the users call in and record their name for automatic upload. Let me do some research on that and I will post back.
