CCM4 Call Forward unused DID to outside line

Hello,

I am looking to temporarily forward a currently unused DID number on my PRI to an outside (off network) number. Where do I do this? With the router or CCM?

Regards,

John

You can do it on any one of them. Simepl way would be

Creat a CTI ROute point and assign this DID number to that Route poitn and do call forward on that line

p.s: Rate the posting if it helps

Would you also have to enable Off-net to Off-net transfers since you're transferring an incoming trunk to an outgoing trunk?

It would not be a tranfer but the CSS on the Call Forward All line needs to have the correct Route Pattern available to it.

For instance if you call 919705550000 then the CSS on the CFA needs to be able to access the Long Distance Route patterns partition.
