CCM5.0(1) CCMAdmin Login fails after system IP address change

I recently changed the password for my CCM5 publisher after it rebooted I was unable to login to the CCMAdmin site or any other site on the publisher; but I am still able to ssh to the platform and login. Ever since this has happened I also have not been able to login to the CCMAdmin site on the subscriber (I assume this has to do with how the passwords are checked) has anyone else experienced this or can provide any insight into fixing this without having to rebuild publisher (this is in a development environment). Any help would be appreciated.

Try these steps

1) Run ccmpwdchanger password in publisher to match the password of Directory Manager password in publisher

2) Run 'reconfig_cluster'.
