I have heard that they won't officially support it, but that they do it internally. :)
Basically, Cisco makes some nice coin off the hardware dependancy. If that is the case, I personally think they should charge more for a 'vmware' licensed version. It sure would be nice to virtualize clusters in a vmware blade server environment. The recovery time for member servers would be almost instantaneous.
