CCMAdmin account gone after upgrade CCM3.1.3a

The CCMAdmin account is gone in 'Local Users and Groups' after upgrading to CCM3.1.3a. Maybe this is right but I find nothing in de release notes or upgrading manuals from CCM3.1.3a that this account will removed from the system. I can still access all the services in the cluster from one Control Center window. This means that the account is working but not visible anymore? This also means that you can't change the CCMAdmin password anymore or that it isn't possible to install a new Subscriber with the correct CCMAdmin password if you have changed the CCMAdmin password on the publisher before the upgrade to CCM3.1.3a?
