CCME 3.3 + Busy timeout

Hi,

I have an issue that when a user is on a call and a further call comes in this is not being immeadiately bounced to the next free extension even though I have timeouts busy 0 set. Config is as below any ideas anyone?

pilot 706772

list 1009, 1007, 1006, 1004

final 8011

timeouts interdigit 5

timeouts busy 0

timeouts ringing 10

Hi

I'm guessing that you have dual-line ephone DNs configured? What is likely happening is that the call is hitting the second line on the DN.

Try configuring the 'huntstop channel' command under the ephones-dns in the hunt group.
