CCME 3.3 - MOH Not Working

Recently installed a CallManager Express in a lab environment and have been trying to get MOH to work.

Currently, when a call is placed on hold, the other station just hears the default beeps and no music.

I've tried to use the default MOH file using the following command:

telephony-service

moh music-on-hold.au

And it's still not playing any audio, just beeps. I've tried rebooting the phones/router and still nothing.

I've also tried creating my own customer MOH file with the specified audio properties and still no audio...

Is there a solution to this?

According to the CME docs .... "MOH is not played to local Cisco CME phones that are on hold with other Cisco CME phones; these parties hear a periodic repeating tone instead."
