CCME - 7906G and call transfer

Hi to all,

I have a problem with a CCME 4.0 on 2801, using the phone 7906G (it's new phone, I never used this type and I never used 7905), I can't do a call transfer whit "consult", but only incoditionating, I try to put on telephony-service "local-consult" and "full-consult".

All "ephone-dn" are "dual-line", and on the "ephone" of 7906G I can configure only one "button".

What' wrong? The call transfer is possible only with more then one "button"? Any idea? Anybody do that using 7906 or 7905.

Thanks

Augusto.

Are you able to place the call on hold and place a new call? That would prove that the phone has one or two lines working.

Seems like two lines are necessary for consultive call transfer.

No I can't place on hold and palce a new call. I find that 7906 is a "single-line"...

Many thanks.

Augusto.
