CCME and caller ID

Folks,

We have a ccme/cue that we have implemented in one of our remote offices. Since are integrating the ccme to the callmanager cluster we were told not to use dailplan option under telephony services as it is issues (field notice).

my question is how else can i program the ccme so that when people call out of the PSTN, PSTN users see the 10 digit DID of the caller.

Re: CCME and caller ID

Are you running a PRI / BRI? If so, try this:

Under your Serial Int for the PRI, add the isdn calling-number command, with the string, parsed to allow whatever a user's DID is to be converted to a full E.164 number to the PSTN.

EXAMPLE:

interface Serial0/1/0:23

no ip address

no logging event link-status

isdn switch-type primary-ni

isdn incoming-voice voice

isdn calling-number 217522XXXX
