CCME and Pickup Group Error

Hi there,

We are using IOS 12.3.14T4 with CCME on a 2801 Router.

We've discovered a strange Pickup Group behaviour in that scenario:

When an external user is calling a user over DID and this user is not at his desk then then another user, which is in the same Pickup Group, is taking the call on to his phone.

After that he tries to forward the Call to a User which is already busy on the phone.

This results in an immediate loss of the connection of the external call without any sound or busy tone.

If the User is trying to forward the Call to a user which is not busy on the phone, the call is forwarded as usual without any Problems.

The problem is happening systematically with all users.

Does anyone have a Solution for this?
