CCME - Ephone Call Forward to IVR - does not work

Hi,

We have a C2851 (IOS 12.4(1a)) with CCME. I?ve configured an IVR using Stonevoice. We wish have call going to the operator but if they don?t answer or are busy to CFNA/CFB from operator ephone to the IVR.

However when you call the operator phone, and it CF's to the IVR, the IVR does not answer. If you call the IVR extension directly it works fine. We have tried changing the transfer-system command from full-consult to local but this has had no effect.

The config is shown below.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Are the commands under the service menu for the router to talk to Stonevoice and play the ivr prompts ?

Can you try the following.

voice service voip

allow connections h323 to h323

dial-peer voice 1017

incoming called-number 5257

dtmf-relay h245-alpha

codec g711ulaw

service script1

no vad

dial-peer voice 1018

destination-pattern 5257

session targtet ipv4:192.168.10.250
