CCME + Gatekeeper interaction

Are there any specific configuration "gotchas" when integrating a CCME system with a gatekeeper. I can't find much info on Cisco's web site and was after some example configurations.

Specifically I have a scenario where all calls are to traverse the PSTN with exception to international calls which are going to be handled by a global voip network.

Its like any other gateway config, nothing extra. Your config would look something like this.
