CCME in a centralized design

Hello everybody....

I`m designing a CME solution but I`m so curios that it can not be deployed in a centralized design that is... a CCME on the Headquarters and only ip phones on the branch offices. I already know that the SCCP protocol doesn`t work in WAN enviroments because it doesn`t have mechanisms of QoS... the question is Why does CCM support this design? does CCM not use the SCCP?

My design is for a scenario where on the main office I have 20 users ( I`m going install a CCME) and remote offices with only 2 users. Could you help me to deploy a design with CCME?

is already Soft phone supported by CCME?

Remote phones and IP Communicator are supported with CME 4.0 now. Check this link
