CCME TAPI with other 3rd Party CTI solution

I'd been tested out some 3rd Party CTI solution on CCME, but seems like there is some function that I could not run from the CTI software (with other PBX it's OK)

Some of the function are:

1. Trunk to trunk transfer.

This software can trigger a call using the client device (something like a call back function)

The PBX [TAPI interface] can make 2 calls, one to the user and the other call to the destination, after the call succeed PBX will patch the call

2. Call Transfer.

When we try to transfer a call, instead of fully transfer a call it do a consultation transfer.

Is there any setting in the router (we used 2801) that can trigger a full transfer from the software.

I already look through the setting and manual, and also try it out, but still have no luck

(telephony setting, transfer-system)
