Folks,
We have a callmanager cluster (centralized deployment mode) and are planning to introduce CCME/UNITY express in one our remote sites. My question is that what issues do i need to consider when making a decision wheather or not t o register the phones with ccme or the callmanager.
1) If i register the phones with ccme, will the users be able to see corporate directory.
2) If the remote users call the Attendent at the central site and she transfers the call to a person, will the call be trasfered??
what functionality will i loose when it comes to remote users interacting with people registered with the central callmanager.

Hi
You loose (for example):
1. One database with CDRs for the whole system;
2. Callback functionality;
3. In attendant console you will not see state of the lines for phones registered in CME;
4. In CME class of restrictions (COR) are implemented in different way than in CCM (partition/calling search spaces);
5. Regarding transfers loot at:

6. CCM Directory - there shound not be any problem to connect CME to CCM directory:
